150,000th Proboard Certification

Last night (08/07/2017) at the Dorchester County Volunteer Firemen's Association Meeting, the Maryland Fire Service Personnel Qualifications Board along with Maryland Fire and Rescue Institue awarded its 150,000 certification to Firefighter Kimberly Quathamer.
