$350.00 –Hall rental only, this includes a $100.00 refundable “Rental Hold/Security Deposit” (See below) $400.00 – Hall rental, with use of the Kitchen, this includes a $100.00 refundable “Rental Hold/Security Deposit” All rental payment must be made in full at least 48 hours in advance of the event, with the building not being assigned until payment in full is made. HVFC charges a $50.00 fee for all returned check in addition to any bank fees charged by our bank.
